Howard Prager, founder of the firm, brings more than 30 years of experience in advancing learning from a corporate, consulting, and academic perspective. Howard won 8 professional awards for proven and measureable results with his clients through his work in Executive Education at the University of Notre Dame and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Some of his achievements included measuring an 8:1 ROI for leadership development in a manufacturing firm that was recognized as one of the Top Ten leadership programs in North America, and receiving an Excellence in Practice Award with a leading global bank for advancing internal consulting skills of IT leaders. As a valued board member of ASTD (now Association for Talent Development), he championed the CPLP certificate as chair of a Future of the Profession task force, and was elected to Chair the National Advisors for Chapters, a carefully selected group of 15 volunteer leaders serving over 10,000 members in 139 chapters. Howard has worked as a Training Leader at Allstate Insurance, Waste Management, and Exelon Generation (Nuclear) and consulted with organizations ranging from medical products, office products and home products manufacturers to higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations. He earned his MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan and his BA in Psychology from Northwestern University.
